The microbiota–gut–brain axis plays an important role in the development of neurodegenerative diseases. Commensal and pathogenic enteric bacteria can influence brain immune system function by production lipopolysaccharides amyloid. Dysbiosis intestinal microbiome induces local consecutively systemic immune-mediated inflammation. Proinflammatory cytokines then trigger neuroinflammation finally neurodegeneration. Immune-mediated oxidative stress lead to a deficiency vitamins essential micronutrients. Furthermore, wrong composition gut microbiota might impair intake metabolization nutrients. In patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) significant alterations have been demonstrated. Standard Western diet, infections, decreased physical activity chronic impact diversity microbiota. A higher abundancy “pro-inflammatory” goes along enhanced inflammation neuroinflammatory processes. Endometriosis is a common gynecological disorder seen in women and characterized by chronic pelvic pain infertility. This becoming more prevalent with increased morbidity. The etiology of endometriosis remains to be fully elucidated, which will lead improved therapeutic options. In this review, we evaluate the biochemical mechanisms leading oxidative stress their implication pathophysiology endometriosis, as well potential treatments that target these processes. A comprehensive exploration previous research revealed associated elevated reactive oxygen species oxidation products, decreased antioxidants detoxification enzymes, dysregulated iron metabolism. High levels contributed inflammation, extracellular matrix degradation, angiogenesis, cell proliferation, may explain its role endometriosis. Endometriosis-associated was attributed neurogenic inflammation feed-forward mechanism involving macrophages, pro-inflammatory cytokines, pain-inducing prostaglandins. N-acetylcysteine, curcumin, melatonin, combined vitamin C E supplementation displayed promising results for treatment but further needed use population.

Berry-derived polyphenols are bioactive compounds synthesized and secreted by several berry fruits. These feature a diversity of chemical compounds, including phenolic acids flavonoids. Here, we report the beneficial health effects berry-derived their therapeutical application on gut-microbiota-related diseases, inflammation cancer. Pharmacokinetic investigations have confirmed absorption, availability, metabolism polyphenols. In vitro in vivo tests, as well clinical trials, showed that can positively modulate gut microbiota, inhibiting cancer development. Indeed, these inhibit growth pathogenic bacteria also promote bacteria. Introduction Previous study has indicated Dubosiella newyorkensis may act as a potential probiotic in age-related diseases. However, its detailed role aging not yet been promulgated. This aimed to explore the anti-aging of by comparing effect resveratrol young and old mice. Method Measurement intestinal aging-related factors colon serum, vascular endothelial function-related serum were performed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Gut microbial analysis contents identified 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Results The on reducing malondialdehyde (MDA) increasing superoxide dismutase (SOD) aged mice greater than that resveratrol. While nitric oxide (NO) level was less resveratrol, reduction growth factor (VEGF) pentosidine (PTD) better In mice, promoted an increase beneficial genus Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium Ileibacterium effectively compared with treatment. Bifidobacterium, Akkermansia, Staphylococcus, Verrucomicrobiota expression Both showed same results for remaining markers, including changes gut composition predictions function. Conclusion similar functions even be more effective oxidative stress, improving function, redistributing microbiota. research provides innovative strategy improve aging.

Abstract Usually, in aerobic metabolism, natural materials including nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids can experience auxiliary injury by oxidative responses. This damage produced reactive oxygen/nitrogen species has been identified as “oxidative stress.” As a polyphenol got from red wine peanuts, resveratrol is one of the most eminent anti‐aging mixtures. Based on many studies', hinders destructive effects inflammatory causes oxygen radicals several tissues. The nuclear erythroid 2‐related factor 2 related to transcription with anti‐inflammatory, antioxidant possessions which complicated enzyme biotransformation biosynthesis carbohydrates. review provides current understanding information about character against stress regulation inflammation via Nrf2 signaling pathway.

Abstract With the prohibition of antibiotics in feed, plant functional substances have been widely studied as feed additives. Resveratrol, a natural stilbene, and non-flavonoid polyphenol found plants, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, metabolic regulatory features. Resveratrol generated intense scientific public interest, primarily due to its reported ability prevent cancer, delay aging alleviate related diseases. Recently, resveratrol has applied additive animal production. This review focuses on outline absorption metabolism biological functions summarizes application dietary production up present, including pigs, poultry, ruminants. In improved intestinal health, mitochondrial function, meat quality, more. studies shown that improves growth performance egg quality alleviates heat stress induced adverse effects. There are few ruminants; however previous indicated increases nutrient digestibility reduces methane emissions sheep. It is hoped this could provide specific theoretical basis research ideas for resveratrol.

Resveratrol (trans‐3,4′,5‐trihydroxystilbene) belongs to the family of natural phytoalexins. first came our attention in 1992, following reports cardioprotective effects red wine. Thereafter, resveratrol was shown exert antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, anti‐proliferative, and angio‐regulatory against atherosclerosis, ischaemia, cardiomyopathy. This article critically reviews current findings on molecular basis resveratrol‐mediated cardiovascular benefits, summarizing broad longevity regulation, energy metabolism, stress resistance, exercise mimetics, circadian clock, microbiota composition. In addition, this also provides an update, both preclinically clinically, resveratrol‐induced protection discusses adverse inconsistent reported preclinical clinical studies. Although has been claimed as a master anti‐aging agent several age‐associated diseases, further detailed mechanistic investigation is still required thoroughly unravel therapeutic value diseases at different stages disease development.
