Purpose: Changes in the dietary habits of volunteer participants before, during and after pandemic were examined. Materials Methods: The study included 1323 people between ages 18-65 was a descriptive study. survey administered to individuals via Google Form Internet connection 2021, 2022 2023. No name surname information requested from participants. This conducted our country on retired, healthcare personnel, students with SSI. Results: When compared before pandemic, significant difference found consumption food supplements (p < 0.001), functional foods that strengthen immune system 0.001) probiotic-prebiotic foods. The SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic has exerted enormous impacts on individuals’ lifestyle, economics and social life. aim of the study was to assess impact COVID-19 health-promoting behaviors a sample Polish population, including dietary supplementation, physical activity, eating habits, implementation preventive vaccinations. Within scope survey, data collected from 1101 adult respondents residing in Poland (862 women 239 men). An anonymous questionnaire prepared based scientific literature used as research tool. survey conducted during second wave using CAWI (Computer—Assisted Web Interview) method by disseminating selected media. We found that, pandemic, were more likely maintain healthy habits use supplementation; however, majority engaged activity less frequently had sedentary lifestyle.
