Students' behaviors have a close relationship with their learning efficiencies, particularly about professional knowledge. Different types of should different influences. Disclosing the special between undergraduate students' conscious safety in laboratory experiments efficiencies is important for fostering them into talents. In this study, course entitled "Advanced Methods Materials Characterization" was arranged to contain three sections: theoretical classroom, eight characterization sequence, and self-training apply final examination, eighteen percent allocated examination questions issues. The scores section were associated total roll scores. Two quantitative relationships are disclosed. Based on a working fluid consisting of poorly water-soluble drug and pharmaceutical polymer in an organic solvent, electrospinning has been widely exploited to create variety amorphous solid dispersions However, there have very few reports about how prepare the reasonable manner. In this study, investigation was conducted determine influences ultrasonic pretreatment quality resultant ASDs fabricated from fluids. SEM results demonstrated that nanofiber-based treated fluids exhibited better than traditional nanofibers untreated following aspects: 1) straighter linear morphology; 2) smooth surface; 3) more evener diameter distribution. The fabrication mechanism associated with treatments nanofibers’ is suggested. Although XRD ATR–FTIR experiments clearly verified ketoprofen homogeneously distributed all over TASDs state regardless treatments, vitro dissolution tests had sustained release performance terms initial rate time periods.
