Recent
advances
in
organoid
technology
have
revolutionized
cancer
biology
and
thera-peutic
interventions,
offering
personalized
immunotherapy
treatment.
Organoids,
three-dimensional
cell
cultures
derived
from
patient
tumors,
accurately
replicate
the
tumor
microenvi-ronment,
providing
unprecedented
insights
into
tumor-immune
interactions
therapeutic
re-sponses.
In
this
literature-based
study,
we
discuss
various
culture
methods
for
diverse
appli-cations
of
organoids
immunotherapy,
including
drug
screening,
treatment
strategies,
mechanistic
studies.
Additionally,
address
technological
challenges
asso-ciated
with
these
propose
potential
future
solutions
to
accelerate
development
novel
immunotherapeutic
approaches.
This
review
highlights
transformative
or-ganoid
models
advancing
preclinical
modeling,
evalua-tion,
paving
way
more
effective
treatments.

Abstract
The
shapes
of
micro‐
and
nano‐products
have
profound
influences
on
their
functional
performances,
which
has
not
received
sufficient
attention
during
the
past
several
decades.
Electrohydrodynamic
atomization
(EHDA)
techniques,
mainly
include
electrospinning
electrospraying,
are
facile
in
manipulate
products'
shapes.
In
this
review,
generated
using
EHDA
for
modifying
drug
release
profiles
reviewed.
These
linear
nanofibers,
round
micro‐/nano‐particles,
beads‐on‐a‐string
hybrids.
They
can
be
further
divided
into
different
kinds
sub‐shapes,
explored
providing
desired
pulsatile
release,
sustained
biphasic
delayed
pH‐sensitive
release.
Additionally,
resulted
from
organizations
electrospun
nanofibers
discussed
delivery,
inner
structures
considered
together
developing
novel
delivery
systems.

Dressings
with
multiple
functional
performances
(such
