The growing global need for energy has resulted in a rise of interest renewable energy-based fuels such as biodiesel. Palm oil mill effluent, waste that is produced large quantities, was used biodiesel production. 90% residual palm successfully recovered from the effluent mills at extraction conditions mixing speed 500 rpm and duration 25 min. extracted to produce under influence semi-batch heating. Aspen plus simulation model also developed compare performance with experimental findings. four process parameters includes reaction temperature 30–70 °C, time 1–5 h, solvent mole ratio 3–15 catalyst amount 0.5–2.5%. optimized simulated yield 94.73% 92.83% operating 60 4 alcohol molar 12:1 2% concentration. agreement between predicted actual found be 98%. coefficients estimates 22.88, 27.29, 32.24 22.86 were calculated by quadratic alcohol/oil ratio, time, loading respectively. study showed higher (94.73%) using solution methanol ethanol synthesis. Therefore, RPO could possibly result cheaper synthesis can contribute make up needs if implemented on an industrial scale.

Pakistan depends heavily on the Indus River Basin System (IRBS) which is essential for meeting great majority of Pakistan's agricultural and home consumption requirements.
