This paper aims to study the perceptions of impacts COVID-19 pandemic on behaviors related diet and food shopping a sample 356 adults in Oman. The is based results an Arabic-language online survey conducted between September 15 October 10, 2020, using Survey Monkey platform. questionnaire had 25 questions (multiple options one option), subdivided into three parts. This research aims to determine the influence of COVID-19 on consumer knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours related food waste in Iran. The concept of food democracy has been developed to articulate norms and ideals as a counterpressure 'food control' from concentrated transnational corporate power in the agri-food system.
