Bu çalışma, elektrikli skuterlerin şehir ekosistemine katkılarını değerlendirmek amacıyla Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) yöntemini kullanarak e-skuterlerin; çevresel etkileri, yaşamına katkıları, güvenlik, sağlık, ekonomi ve kentsel peyzaj kriterleri çerçevesinde analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada öncelikle literatür taraması yapılarak e-skuterlerin etkilerini belirleyen kriterler alt tespit edilmiştir. AHP yöntemi kullanılarak sistematik analitik bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın bulguları, etkiler katkılar kriterlerinin en yüksek ağırlık değerlerine sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. E-skuterlerin karbon emisyonlarını azaltarak hava kalitesini iyileştirme trafik yoğunluğunu azaltma potansiyeline olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, fiziksel aktiviteyi teşvik ederek bireylerin sağlığını olumlu yönde etkilediği estetiğine katkı sağladığı ortaya konmuştur. sonuçları, sürdürülebilirlik olan katkılarının önemli Şehir plancıları karar alıcılar için kullanımının edilmesi, şehirlerin daha yaşanabilir, sürdürülebilir sağlıklı hale gelmesine yardımcı olabilir. Çalışma, uzun vadeli kullanımını optimize edecek politikaların geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunmaktadır.

Recently, a new shared micromobility service has become popular in cities. The is supplied by vehicle, the e-scooter, which equipped with dockless security system and electric power assistance. relatively unregulated proliferation of these systems driven private sector resulted numerous research questions about their repercussions. This paper reviews scientific publications as well evaluation reports other technical documents from around world to provide insights issues. In particular, we focus on mobility, consumer perception environment. Based this review, observe several knowledge needs different directions: deeper comprehension use patterns, function whole transport system, appropriate policies, designs operations for competitive sustainable e-scooter services.

E-scooters globally have proven an increasingly popular form of dockless micro-mobility, while also contributing to sustainable urban transportation forms. However, some safety issues arise with e-scooter use in the cities. This study aims propose a decision-making model based on q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets for prioritizing safe operation alternative. The proposed consists two stages: weighting criteria and ranking alternatives. Thirty-eight studies are considered; for which database built that includes attributes, such as service type (i.e., docked or dockless), infrastructure dedicated lanes) and role competing complementary public transport), key performance indicators measured by considering empirical simulated data. Micromobility using fully-electric two-wheeled vehicles is increasing in cities worldwide. E-scooters, whether shared or privately-owned, provide short door-to-door trips by facilitating the first/last mile stage of journey. They are expected to improve livability reducing harmful emissions and space occupation. In this respect, understanding travel behavior usage patterns essential regulate them appropriately. The purpose study determine individuals' sociodemographic variables, mobility-related attributes, latent constructs influencing e-scooter usage. To that end, an individual-level model estimated explain adoption frequency use both private e-scooters based on survey data. research takes city Madrid as a case study, contributes deeper differences privately-owned e-scooters, with particular focus influence mobility habits attitudinal variables. complemented some insights at trip-level, which shows substitution caused walking trips, their limited ability promote modal shifts from car. Finally, provides valuable implications for urban dynamics feedback policymakers transport planners.

As a trending mobility choice, e-scooters have become popular in many cities. A number of authorities initiated shared e-scooter trial schemes to assess the feasibility vehicles prior enacting official legalisation. This paper aims provide an evidence review and investigate how existing may inform long-term policies. carries significant relevance for jurisdictions that are conflicting position with e-scooters, such as New South Wales (NSW), Australia whose context motivates this study. The focuses on three themes derived from experience within broader micromobility landscape, namely: safety; where fit into modal landscape; environmental impacts. Findings confirm ensuring safety requires complex solutions, which include clear regulatory framework education skill training, innovative data collection analysis methods, approach management is user-based, location-based, time-based. In terms policymakers should encourage first last-mile combinations public transport, consideration user characteristics; while climate impact strongly correlated mode replaced by trips. provides insights regulation positioning e-scooters.
