Growing concerns over environmental issues and sustainable living have resulted in increased interest renewable energy efficiency. The real estate market is no exception, with homeowners increasingly considering the value of green buildings, which can offer both efficiency potential health benefits. Improving communities and the urban built environment to promote good health, wellness, wellbeing has become a top priority globally. This growing trend, evident also in Sustainable Development Goals’ urgent call for action, significant influence on real estate sustainable development process, which is mostly expressed through design, understood as key value creator sector, all dimensions of build environment. In order shed further light this complex matter, with reference perceived impact design upon wellbeing, cross-sectional data collected survey (n = 150, RR 75%) were used.
