Homeowners’ Perceptions of Renewable Energy and Market Value of Sustainable Buildings

Growing concerns over environmental issues and sustainable living have resulted in increased interest renewable energy efficiency. The real estate market is no exception, with homeowners increasingly considering the value of green buildings, which can offer both efficiency potential health benefits. A Partial Least Squares Analysis of the Perceived Impact of Sustainable Real Estate Design upon Wellbeing

Improving communities and the urban built environment to promote good health, wellness, wellbeing has become a top priority globally. This growing trend, evident also in Sustainable Development Goals’ urgent call for action, significant influence on real estate sustainable development process, which is mostly expressed through design, understood as key value creator sector, all dimensions of build environment.
