Purpose Artificial intelligence (AI) is a powerful and promising technology that can foster the performance, competitiveness of micro, small medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, adoption AI among MSMEs still low slow, especially in developing countries like Jordan. This study aims to explore elements influence intention adopt Jordan examines roles firm innovativeness government support within context. Design/methodology/approach The develops conceptual framework based on integration acceptance model, resource-based view, uncertainty reduction theory communication privacy management. ABSTRACT Blockchain technology has a great potential to transform how businesses approach sustainability by offering transparency, efficiency, and accountability across various processes.
