In this paper, a novel rubber nanocomposite containing phenyl-vinyl-methyl-polysiloxane (PVMQ) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) was produced during two-roll mill procedure for mechanical applications. For purpose, monomer-grafted-maleic anhydride compatibilizer (EPDM-g-MAC) graphene oxide (GO) used as reinforcements to make uniform composite. To study physical characterizations, dynamic thermal analysis (DMTA), rheology, morphology, curing characterizations of nanocomposites were investigated, which showed that makes GO dispersion uniformly. An electrical resistivity test performed the conductivity nanocomposites. The results indicate samples with higher content had response current. indicates that, by increasing nanoparticles in presence EPDM-g-MAC, properties are enhanced well improving bonding among GO, compatibilizer, matrix [tensile strength (54%), modulus (68%), elongation-at-break (67%), hardness (81%), fatigue (51%)]. FE-SEM TEM images demonstrated mean diameter EPDM decreased substrate, consequently increased properties. changes surface temperature investigated constant voltage (75 V), conductivity, significantly. practical experiments good agreement theoretical results.
