Purpose The study aims to synthesize findings from over two decades of research, highlighting key trends, progress, innovations, methodologies and challenges in bioclimatic design strategies their interconnection with building environmental performance across the world. This research analyzed regulatory legal implications in industry via a framework evaluating Contractual Frameworks (CF), Dispute Resolution (DR), Legal Awareness (LA), Risk Management (RM).
