This study examined the relationship between service quality, trust, and passenger satisfaction in sustainable e-public transportation, using Doha Metro Qatar as a case study. Despite its advanced automation, metro faces low adoption, with less than 30% of economically active population utilizing it. To address this, this integrated Social Exchange Theory (SET) SERVQUAL RATER model machine learning techniques to assess commuter perceptions satisfaction. Neural network Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) models outperformed traditional statistical methods, offering enhanced predictive accuracy. Based on 319 survey responses, key quality factors were identified, emphasizing customer experience (NI = 100.0%), security 99.9%), reliability 90.8%). Findings suggested that improving affordability dynamic pricing could increase ridership while reducing private vehicle reliance. Additionally, maintenance crisis management strategies are recommended enhance reliability. contributes urban mobility by providing data-driven recommendations for efficient environmentally friendly transportation. The classification of vehicles presents notable challenges within the domain image processing. Traditional models suffer from inefficiency, prolonged training times for datasets, intricate feature extraction, and variable assignment complexities classification. Conventional methods applied to categorize extensive datasets often lead errors, misclassifications, unproductive outcomes. Consequently, leveraging machine learning techniques emerges as a promising solution tackle these challenges. This study adopts approach alleviate misclassifications manage large quantities vehicle images effectively. Specifically, contrast enhancement technique is employed in pre-processing stage highlight pixel values images. In segmentation stage, Mask-R-CNN utilized pixels into predefined classes. VGG16 then extract features images, while an autoencoder aids selecting by non-linear input compressing representation features. Finally, CatBoost (CB) algorithm implemented (VC) diverse critical environments, such inclement weather, twilight, instances blockage. Extensive experiments are conducted using different large-scale with various platforms. findings indicate that CB (presumably specific method or algorithm) attains highest level performance on dataset named UFPR-ALPR, accuracy rate 98.89%.
