PPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan supaya tahu effect entrepreneurial leadership terhadap individual performance dengan learning capacity sebagai mediasi pada usaha catering samaniah. Penelitian menggunakan data primer berbentuk questioner responden seluruh karyawan Usaha Catering Samaniah sebanyak 47. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipergunakan penelitian yakmi purposive sampling.
