The utilization artificial intelligence (AI) technology in teaching at universities is an inevitable trend Industry 4.0 era. This paper aims investigate students' perceptions AI application writing classes. 100 students from four General classes Vietnam National University (VNU) took part this study. To achieve research purpose, I combined quantitative qualitative methods through questionnaires in-depth interviews. findings study indicate that attitudes regarding tools were favourable terms their accessibility, adaptability, simplicity. This study investigates the perceptions of English language teachers regarding use ChatGPT in Language Teaching (ELT). The aims to fill research gap by exploring teachers' perspectives on integration as an instructional tool and its implications for ELT practices. Using a mixed methods approach, employed focus group discussions online survey gather insights from sample 115 Metro Manila, Philippines. The way that language is learned now needs to be innovative and creative due changes in educational demands as a result of the unprecedented advancement technology. Since artificial intelligence (AI) has become an integral part education support everyday tasks like teaching learning languages, this study inspects Omani EFL learners' perceptions practices towards utilizing tools for enhancing their writing skills. To answer research questions, number 61 students from General Requirements Unit at Preparatory Studies Centre, University Technology Applied Sciences, Salalah, Sultanate Oman, answered 5-point Likert questionnaire. Abstract This research aimed to determine the perspectives of Turkish instructors English on use AI tools by learners their writing skill development given increasing prevalence these among language learners. Thus, are significant in this sense. In study, we used a Q-methodological approach question 40 from state university Istanbul about issue. Upon completion Q-set grid, conducted interviews with 5 participants gain deeper understanding students for improvement. The preliminary results showed that participant were both optimistic and pessimistic improve skills students, as they accepted facilitated learning process lessening workload instructors, though unsure consequences might lead outputs less authentic creative also brought up some ethical concerns, including plagiarism.
