Abstract Recurrent vulvovaginal infections (RVVI) has not only become an epidemiological and clinical problem but also include large social psychological consequences. Understanding the mechanisms of both commensalism pathogenesis are necessary for development efficient diagnosis treatment strategies these enigmatic vaginal infections. Through this review, attempt been made to analyze microbiota (VMB) from scratch provide update on its current understanding in relation health common RVVI i.e. bacterial vaginosis, candidiaisis Trichomoniasis, making present review first kind. For this, potentially relevant studies were retrieved data sources critical analysis literature was made. Though, culture-independent methods have greatly unfolded mystery regarding microbiome, there a few composition diversity mycobiome different Trichomonas vaginalis strains. This scenario suggests need further based comparative genomics pathogens improve our perceptive that is still clear (Fig. 5). Besides details rationale Lactobacilli dominance changes occur healthy VMB throughout women’s life. Moreover, list possible agents continues expand new species recognised VVI updated review. The concludes with controversies challenging widely accepted dogma “VMB dominated healthier than diverse VMB”. These controversies, over past decade, complicated definition no definite conclusion. Thus, newly microbial may reveal answers controversies. Conversely, women could be answer it enough just look at microbiology. We woman itself, as which fine one troublesome others. differences response same determined by permutation behavioural, cultural, genetic various other anonymous factors, exploration lead proper disease.

Alginate is a natural polysaccharide present in various marine brown seaweeds. oligosaccharide (AOS) degradation product of alginate, which has received increasing attention due to its low molecular weight and promising biological activity. The wide-ranging activity AOS closely related the diversity their structures. with specific structure distinct applications can be obtained by different methods alginate degradation. This review focuses on recent advances derivatives, including anti-tumor, anti-oxidative, immunoregulatory, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, antibacterial, hypolipidemic, antihypertensive, hypoglycemic properties, as well ability suppress obesity promote cell proliferation regulate plant growth. We hope that this will provide theoretical basis inspiration for high-value research developments utilization AOS-related products.
