This study aims to evaluate the information technology (IT) competencies among accounting employees in Jolo, Sulu. Employing a descriptive research approach and survey questionnaire, evaluates technical abilities, IT knowledge, self-assessed variety of fields, demographic profiles respondents. The results show that while staff members are competent using computers internet other fundamental they not as comfortable with more complex programs or industry-specific standards such those set forth by International Federation Accountants (IFAC). These findings underscore need for enhanced training professional development bridge competency gaps better equip professionals meet evolving demand industry.

Assessing the Professional Skills and Teaching Engagement among Elementary School Teachers, Division of Sulu: Teacher’s Perspective DOI

This research investigated the extent of professional skills and teaching engagement among elementary educators within Division Sulu for academic year 2024–2025. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational approach, study followed framework outlined by Bless Higson-Smith (1995), which views used as structured guide data collection, analysis, interpretation. The focused on school teachers employed during specified year, regardless their rank or employment status. A purposive non-probability sampling technique was applied, selecting 200 teacher-respondents based availability. sample carefully chosen to reflect diversity in gender, age, civil status, years service, educational background. Findings revealed that generally possess high degree competence exhibit strong roles. While gender attainment showed significant effects skills, no demographic variables had notable influence engagement. Furthermore, moderate favorable connection noted between skill levels engagement, suggesting with stronger capabilities are more likely demonstrate higher work. These results reinforce established models development underscore value advanced education shaping teacher perspectives.

This study aimed to assess parental behaviors regarding routine childhood immunization in selected barangays Luuk, Sulu. A quantitative descriptive approach was used examine the characteristics and relationships of variables. The research followed a cross-sectional survey design. According Calderon (1994, as cited Vizcarra, 2003), involves describing, recording, analyzing, interpreting current state phenomenon. surveyed 100 parents, including both mothers fathers, who were purposively from five Sulu: Tubig-Putih, Niog-Niog, Mananti, Lianutan, Lambago. The purpose of this exploratory paper was to conceptualize parental involvement into supplemental outsourcing behavior reflecting motivation, attitude and Filipino parents on English language learning. (n=30) were purposively sampled based their monthly income, educational background, type employment, number children, age, sex. One-on-one interviews with the carried out elicit in aiding children learn language. Findings indicated that parents’ attitude, perceived responsibility children's learning primary factors driving behavior. Parents thought as a universal language—being essential for communication, professional advancement, cultural integration. This study evaluated the extent to which Jolo graduates with a bachelor’s degree in nursing are influenced by several factors when taking Nurse Licensure Examination. After using purposive sampling obtain 100 samples non-probability approach, and utilizing weighted mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s r, The following conclusions drawn from this study: 1) Of nurse respondents, majority single, between ages of 23 25; 2) On average, respondents highly satisfied contributing that enabled them pass Examination; 3) In general, variables such as age, civil status, year graduation do not influence how nurses assessed influencing success Examination among Bachelor Science Nursing; 4) group nurse-respondents who generally believed school factor examination were main Nursing Graduates Jolo, respectively, review candidate factor, examination, may be same factors. 5) supports Bandura’s social learning theory, arguing imitation, attention, motivation, attitudes, emotions, is primary method teaching activities through observation, modeling.

Despite concerted efforts to combat terrorism, it remained a persistent and evolving threat that requires ongoing vigilance, cooperation, resilience from the global community. Terrorists frequently operate within hidden networks, taking advantage of grievances as well political, social, economic vulnerabilities promote their causes. This was an impact analysis using descriptive-correlational study analyzing effects Balik Barangay Program state livelihood, peace order, public safety, education in Patikul, Sulu. Residents (n=100) were purposively sampled each 10 identified barangays municipality. Findings indicated had positive on livelihood ( =4.213; σ=0.143), order =4.283; σ=0.192), safety (=4.172; σ=0.197), (=4.197; σ=0.169). also these variables weak but correlated results. transformative lives residents Sulu, by addressing socio-economic vulnerabilities, restoring enhancing providing opportunities for development.
