Plants are responsible for many different biological activities. In our study, antioxidant, antimicrobial and anticholinestrase activities of Dittrichia graveolens (L.) Greuter were determined. addition, the total phenolic flavonoid contents plant measured. The aerial parts extracted with ethanol. Antioxidant extracts measured Rel assay kits. Antimicrobial activity was determined using agar dilution method. Anticholinesterase by measuring acetyl butyrylcholinesterase Determination content Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. Total quantification performed aluminum chloride assay. As a result TAS value as 6.933±0.121, TOS 12.535±0.244 OSI 0.181±0.006. It that extract effective against microorganisms at concentrations 50-400 µg/mL. Additionally, anti-AChE found to be 25.88±1.73 anti-BChE 45.32±2.26. 86.42±2.72, 117.96±1.93. result, it D. has anticholinesterase activity.

In our study, some biological activities aerial parts Gentiana olivieri were determined. this context, plant was extracted ethanol a Soxhlet apparatus. The antioxidant activity measured Rel Assay TAS and TOS kits. Its antimicrobial determined by agar dilution method. Determination total phenolic content using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent. Total flavonoid quantification performed aluminum chloride assay. As result analyzes, value extract as 7.775±0.114 mmol/L, 12.252±0.094 μmol/L OSI 0.158±0.002. addition, 104.92±1.40 mg/g, 73.83±1.29 mg/g. it that effective against standard bacterial fungal strains at concentrations range 50-200 μg/mL. result, could be an source terms activity.
