Intraindividual variability (IIV) in sleep may be a risk factor for disease above the influence of mean sleep. Associations between IIV and comprehensive set common medical mental health conditions have not been assessed representative sample. This study examined total time (TST), quality (SQ), efficiency (SE), circadian midpoint (CM) 771 adults recruited an epidemiological study. Participants completed 14 days diaries to assess TST, SQ, SE, CM, after which they reported on symptoms. Data were analyzed using logistic regression, models controlled gender, body mass index, age, race. Lower SE related increased odds having gastrointestinal problems, depression, anxiety. This report reviews advances in sensors, miniaturized electronics, system packaging for home monitoring. Although many people suffer from sleep disorders, most are undiagnosed, leading to impairments in health. The existing polysomnography method is not easily accessible; it's costly, burdensome patients, and requires specialized facilities personnel. Here, we report an at-home portable system that includes wireless sensors wearable electronics with embedded machine learning. We also show its application for assessing quality detecting apnea multiple patients. Unlike the conventional using numerous bulky sensors, soft, all-integrated platform offers natural wherever user prefers. In a clinical study, face-mounted patches detect brain, eye, muscle signals comparable performance polysomnography. When comparing healthy controls can obstructive accuracy of 88.5%. Furthermore, deep learning automated scoring, demonstrating portability, point-of-care usability. At-home could ensure promising future supporting monitoring home healthcare.

This study aimed to investigate the association between physical activity, sedentary behaviour and chronic inflammation in short sleep adults. The included 2,113 NHANES participants with self-reported insufficient sleep. C-reactive protein (CRP) was used as inflammatory biomarker. Physical activity were objectively measured by accelerometers. Weighted regression model, two – piecewise linear restricted cubic splines applied evaluate associations mentioned above. An isotemporal substitution model assess modelled effects of replacing time (ST) moderate-to-vigorous levels (MVPA) or light (LPA). After adjusting for potential confounding factors, higher ST lower LPA MVPA associated CRP levels. Isotemporal analysis indicated that 30 minutes a significant decrease Saturation suggested may plateau at over 20 per day. Abstract Study Objectives Multisensor wearable consumer devices allowing the collection of multiple data sources, such as heart rate and motion, for evaluation sleep in home environment, are increasingly ubiquitous.
