Currently, there is a global trend of steadily increasing obesity rates. Obesity component metabolic syndrome and risk factor for the development number diseases, such as type 2 diabetes mellitus cardiovascular pathologies. also leads to hypogonadism in men. In turn, decrease androgen levels changes body composition, reducing amount muscle tissue content adipose tissue, thus closing vicious circle hypogonadism. young men, erectile dysfunction, which can result infertility. Pathogenetic mechanisms causing obese men include increased aromatization testosterone estradiol decreased production gonadotropin-releasing hormone by hypothalamus gonadotropins adenohypophysis due leptin resistance, sex steroid-binding globulin activation secretion proinflammatory cytokines. The functional nature male associated with suggests potential reversibility this condition when treating cause its development. Several studies have shown that calorie reduction, drug therapy obesity, bariatric surgery help improve And use replacement has positive effect not only on sexual function but tissue.

Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a complex of metabolic disorders, including insulin resistance, abdominal obesity, diabetes mellitus, hyperuricemia and arterial hypertension. According to the World Health Organization, number people with obesity worldwide steadily increasing, taking on characteristics “pandemic”. Against this backdrop, diseases pathogenetically linked MS, such as osteoarthritis (OA), are gaining particular significance. Modern biochemical molecular-genetic research has provided new data etiology pathogenesis OA, allowing identification phenotypes condition. One phenotype OA associated or OA. The development form disease influenced by numerous factors, hypersecretion pro-inflammatory adipokines, transformation synovial macrophages, direct effects free fatty acids, biomechanical overload joints, others. Treatment in addition standard approaches outlined clinical guidelines, its own specific features. Particular emphasis placed weight reduction through lifestyle modification, strengthening musculo-tendinous complexes, concomitant therapy for disorders. These measures have demonstrated significant therapeutic effects, pain reduction, decreased inflammation, slowing progression. modern comprehensive remedies phytonutritional components Revocca capsules (“BIOTECHNOS”, Russia). Introduction . Control of edema in obese patients with postmastectomy lymphedema is an important aspect care for undergoing curative treatment breast cancer. One effective and highly sensitive method monitoring bioimpedance measurement, which can be a useful tool assessing tissue fluid balance such patients. Aim. To study the feasibility using analysis as to assess efficacy anti-edema effects physiotherapeutic methods secondary after mastectomy. Materials In this review, search sources describing effectiveness bioimpedanceometry controlling mastectomy cancer was carried out several English text databases: PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, Springer Link, scientific electronic library elibrary.ru. Results. After mastectomy, approximately 18% radical experience due impaired lymphatic drainage upper extremity on affected side result lymph node removal. The development limb accompanied by significant decrease quality life requires constant medical monitoring. Bioimpedansometry allows you estimate volume body determine presence based changes electrical resistance tissues. following may particularly early detection subclinical evaluation effectiveness. Conclusions Thus, use measurements practice oncologists rehabilitation specialists significantly facilitate control obesity This provides objective data state stages, facilitates earlier start intensive non-pharmacological interventions increase postoperative improve
