Circular Supply Chain Management (CSCM) is gaining prominence among diverse stakeholders, practitioners, and scholars. However, its adoption remains limited, particularly within Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study employs Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), specifically tailored for SMEs, to elucidate the contextual relationships CSCM indicators. Furthermore, it Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Multiplication Appliqué à un Classement (MICMAC) analysis categorize these indicators into driving- dependence power quadrants. Thirteen are identified classified three sustainability dimensions: economic, environmental, social. The ISM model comprises four levels, with employees' exposure hazardous materials at level one, followed by ten two, one (reuse, remanufacturing, recycling complexity), (eco-material). MICMAC reveals that none of falls autonomous quadrant. Employees' categorized in dependent indicators' quadrant, while belong linkage independent quadrant includes two indicators: eco-material reuse, complexity. SMEs can utilize as an initial step toward circularity implementation. recommended implementation sequence follows hierarchy, starting progressing through levels three, acknowledging influence higher-level on lower-level ones.

Today, digitalization is affecting all areas of life, such as education or work. The competent use digital systems (esp. information and communication technologies [ICT]) has thus become an essential skill. Despite longstanding research on human-technology interaction diverse theoretical approaches describing competences for interacting with systems, still offers mixed results regarding the structure competences. Self-efficacy described one most critical determinants system use, various self-report scales assessing self-efficacy have been suggested. Yet, these largely differ in their proposed specificity, structure, validation, timeliness. present study aims at providing a systematic overview comparison existing measures (DSE) to current competence frameworks. Further, we newly developed scale that assesses heterogeneous adult populations, theoretically founded DigComp 2.1 social-cognition theory. factorial DSE assessed investigate multidimensionality. validated considering nomological network (actual ICT technophobia). Implications practice are discussed.
