<span>This study aimed to analyze the maturity level of teachers and vocational students. It also measured differences in students mastering digital technology competence (DTC) education. Quantitative research used a design developed by Hoy Adams. A total 233 respondents came from public private schools Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data was collected using Likert scale questionnaire (1-4). The data were analyzed descriptive statistics inferential with one-way analysis variance (ANOVA). results on obtained score 13.16-23.68 "Low" category for 12.98-22.12 category, there no significant difference. Teachers must have awareness improving capabilities at criticism level.</span>

The low readiness of university students to implement e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is a worrying issue. Lack motivation and satisfaction in learning coupled with technological skills are widely revealed as contributing factors. This study examines role skills, equipment capabilities, user satisfaction, on readiness. Furthermore, also significance mediating motivation. adopted an ex-post-facto design involving 1052 participants. Data collected from questionnaire form integrated into university's e-monev system. Teachers' digital competencies have gained prominence in enhancing quality education the 21st Century. This study focused on technology integration classroom activities, where data were collected from teachers, principals, and pedagogical center coordinators secondary schools. Findings indicated a high rating for content, pedagogical, pedagogical-content knowledge domains. Besides, all six domains, including technology, pedagogy, their interactions, had positive significant relationship with Technology-Pedagogical-Content Knowledge (TPACK) application. Results revealed that teachers' in-service training, attitude towards technological content knowledge, technology-pedagogical technological-content domains best predict TPACK Barriers to can be addressed through professional development opportunities enhance confidence technology. access tools, administrative support, expert mentoring coaching could increase uptake classroom, improving students' performance this region.

This study examines university students' attitudes toward digitalizing higher education in Bangladesh. Abstract In recent years, the application of digital technologies for learning purposes is increasingly discussed as smartphones have become an integral part students’ everyday life. These are particularly promising in so-called “transition-in” phase student lifecycle when first-year students start to develop a identity and integrate into university environment. At that stage, most premature dropouts observed, presumably due lack self-organization or self-responsibility.
