Introduction: Bulimia nervosa (BN) and binge eating disorder (BED) present a comorbidity with alcohol consumption disorders due to the similarity between symptoms of these conditions such as lack self-control, impulsiveness increase in self-destructive behavior.The ingestion alcoholic beverages directly affects diet because greater amount consumed, lower density nutritional quality diet.Objective: To identify pattern women disorders.Method: This is descriptive, cross-sectional, comparative study quantitative approach carried out adult diagnoses BN or BED, monitored four specialized services state São Paulo.Sociodemographic anthropometric data was collected (weight height calculate body mass index-BMI; waist circumference-WC), beverage through Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), food compulsion by Binge Eating Scale (BES) intake 24-hour Diet Quality Index calculation -Revised.The analyzed descriptive way SPSS version 21.0 program.To verify association categorical variables, Pearson's Chi-square tests Fisher's exact test were used values p<0.05 considered significant.Results: The composed 50 disorders, young adults (35.0±12.0years), no partner (n=34; 68%), employed (n=31; 60%) complete high school (n=29; 58%).They overweight (BMI: 31.27±9.70kg/m2) had very cardiovascular risk (WC: 91.50±20.5cm).It evident that 29 participants (38%) presented problematic associated low vegetable when compared who do not drink beverages.Conclusion: concern since they are mental health treatment this may impair their diet.The early detection people fundamental prevention rehabilitation strategies minimize consequences practice, favoring prognosis serious diseases.

The COVID-19 outbreak negatively affected young adults' psychological well-being, increasing their stress levels and symptoms of anxiety depression, potentially triggering health-risk behaviors. present study was aimed at investigating the impact pandemic on alcohol abuse drunkorexia behaviors among adults living in Italy. Conduct a scoping review of food and alcohol disturbance (FAD) in US college students to overview the literature within this population identify research opportunities.Studies (n = 39) were selected using systematic searches databases references. Search terms included: drunkorexia, "food disturbance," "compensatory behavior" AND eating.Issues with methodological quality noted. Most studies used quantitative methods cross-sectional designs small, biased samples. Terminologies, conceptualizations, measures varied; however, 30% neglected enhanced intoxication effects. Prevalence ranged from approximately 10-55%, greater risk for women. Alcohol use disordered eating primary predictors. Personality, affective, social factors are potential correlates. The present study aimed at exploring the combined effect of risk eating disorders (ED), alcohol use, physical activity, and social psychological traits in Food Alcohol Disturbance (FAD) behaviors.
