The stressful experiences that many asylum seekers and refugees (AS&R) are exposed to during forced migration, resettlement in host countries, can have a profound impact on their mental health. Comparatively less research attention has been allocated exploring other indices of quality life (QoL) AS&R populations. This review aimed (i) synthesize the predictors correlates QoL populations high-income (ii) identify methodological strengths weaknesses this body research. Fourteen databases were systematically searched (Medline, PsychINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, Health Technology Assessment, National Service Economic Evaluation, Educational Resource Index Abstracts, BiblioMap, Scopus, Social Sciences Citation Index, Evidence Aid, DARE, Web Science PubMed). Background/Objectives: This study examines the perception of young Romanians (aged 18–35) regarding Ukraine conflict’s impact on Romania’s national security and quality life. It focuses societal dimensions, analyzing regional international implications, alongside sentiments toward global support for Ukraine. Methods: Data were collected via structured questionnaires administered to 848 participants in 2024 747 2022. Statistical analyses (descriptive, bivariate, multivariate) employed explore variations across socio-demographic factors. For the general population, positive effects of paid employment on health and wellbeing are well established. However, less is known for people from refugee asylum-seeking backgrounds. This review aims to systematically summarise quantitative literature relationship between refugees asylum seekers.A search strategy was conducted in online databases, including MEDLINE, PsychINFO, EMCARE, SCOPUS, CINHAL, ProQuest Web Science. The current study explores the perceived quality of life Syrian refugees who have entered Kurdistan Region Iraq. Introducción: Los trastornos mentales son enfermedades que se presentan con frecuencia en la población general y alteran cognición, emociones el comportamiento de individuos, influyendo su calidad vida sus cuidadores o familiares. El presente estudio fue desarrollado para evaluar percepción subjetiva pacientes mentales. Material Métodos: Se estudió una muestra 101 enfermos mentales, pertenecientes a 618 atendidos Cantón Manta República del Ecuador, utilizando Escala Evaluación Corta Manchester Calidad Vida determinar vida. Background There is limited evidence on the cultural appropriateness of first-stage psychosocial interventions for youth with mental health problems who experience conflict and disadvantage in low- middle-income countries (LMIC).Aims To evaluate feasibility such an intervention (Writing Recovery – WfR) among emerging emotional following internal displacement Kenya.Method Fifty-four aged 14–17 years were randomly allocated to a six-session or waiting list control group. The Mental health of Palestinians has been described as among the lowest in world, with over half Palestinian adults meeting diagnostic threshold for depressive symptoms and a significant portion experiencing mental distress anxiety. aim current study was to test correlation between quality life (QoL) outcomes, role sociodemographic variables predicting outcomes (depression, anxiety, stress) during challenging period political conflict. sample our consisted 957 participants, 283 males 674 females they were recruited using online methods; advertisements, e-mail campaigns social media. The study aimed to compare the quality of life (QoL) in two communities with different exposures conflict and investigate inter-relationship between posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social support, QoL.
