Reducing nurse job burnout is vital for quality care and turnover reduction, particularly in emergency departments. Ethical challenges are inherent in nursing practice. They affect patients, families, teams, organizations, and nurses themselves. These arise when there competing core values or commitments diverse views on how to balance reconcile them. When ethical conflict, confusion, uncertainty cannot be resolved, moral suffering ensues. Aims The study aims to test the Turkish validity and reliability of Rushton Moral Resilience Scale (RMRS) examine effect moral resilience on distress. Nurses face many ethical challenges, placing them at risk for moral distress and burnout challenging their ability to provide safe, high-quality patient care. Little is known about the sustainability of interventions address this problem.To determine long-term impact on acute care nurses a 6-session experiential educational program called Mindful Ethical Practice Resilience Academy (MEPRA).MEPRA includes facilitated discussion, role play, guided mindfulness reflective practices, case studies, high-fidelity simulation training improve nurses' skills in mindfulness, resilience, competence confronting challenges. A prospective, longitudinal study was conducted MEPRA curriculum 2 hospitals large academic medical system. Abstract Aim To refine the Rushton Moral Resilience Scale (RMRS) by creating a more concise scale, improving reliability, particularly of personal integrity subscale and providing further evidence validity. Background Healthcare workers are exposed to moral adversity in practice. Resilience is an individual characteristic that protects mental health. However, its impact on the lives of Brazilian physiotherapists during COVID-19 not known. This study aimed to analyze whether resilience modulates perceived quality life (QoL) and subjective happiness (SH) who work with patients, compared those do not. A cross-sectional was conducted between 22 August October 2020. Physiotherapists working in critical non-critical hospital sectors were invited participate study. The participants completed sociodemographic questionnaires graded 14-item Scale, 36-item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36), Subjective Happiness Scale.
