The research is aimed at developing a scale for evaluating the communication signals of an early age child, with help which it possible to assess predictors development behavioral, cognitive and socio-emotional skills in child. The article presents a theoretical justification of the concept Parental Responsiveness (PR) based on cultural and historical concept, activity paradigm results an empirical study, purpose which is to operationalize psychological construct parental responsiveness build explanatory model dynamic functioning responsiveness. study involved 55 mothers with children between ages 2.4 3.3 years, developing within norm. method "Evaluation child-parent interaction (ECPI)", provides video surveillance, was used. data processed using Observer XT-14 computer program. Principal component analyses orthogonal rotation Varimax used identify generalizing categories that characterize PR allows describing their variations. The article discusses the role of child interaction with a significant adult (parent, kindergarten teacher, caregiver) in child’s neurocognitive development within socio-cultural contexts Russia and Vietnam.The presents results pilot study that included focus group interviews specialists from sample consisted 74 participants (72 women, 2 men), aged 32 to 54 years (M = 43.04; SD 6.61).Of these, Russian (10 cities) — 42 people (40 women men) 50 40.19; 6.28) Vietnamese (1 city) (32 women) 38 46.67; 5.12).The followed questionnaire developed by authors.It 21 open-ended questions grouped 3 blocks: Block 1.What characteristics skills should be during early childhood? Where how these developed? 2.How are children under age 3.Who is involved age? A comparative analysis responses revealed no differences between groups, which suggests similarities educational developmental strategies young environment.

Purpose of the study: To explore, both theoretically and empirically, sovereignty a preschooler's psychological space in context his/her health. This paper reflects idea that health preschool children is reflection their qualitative interaction with mothers depends on ability mother to respect her child. Methodology: The leading method study this problem was establish ties between preschooler’s space, attachment preservation health, which provided comprehensive view peculiarities inherent relationship child. main research methods we questionnaire "Sovereignty space" by S.K.Nartova-Bochaver (2014a), projective "Children's based game samples" E. В статье в рамках демонстрационной задачи с привлечением данных, полученных исследовании семейных детско-родительских отношений показателей по методикам) рассмотрена общая картина зависимостей как учетом результатов корреляционного анализа (сила связи и значимость), так на основе применения авторского метода для выявления простейших нелинейных модели кварт независимой переменной.
