The low learning outcomes of students are caused by a lack student motivation in learning. This study aimed to determine the effect spiritual guidance on students' motivation. uses pre-experimental research design with one-group pretest-posttest method. population is SMKN 1 Kraksaan students, sample 40 Class X who meet inclusion criteria at Kraksaan. sampling technique used stratified random sampling. data analysis Kendal Tau test determines influencing variable significance level p 0.05. results respondents' satisfaction before were mostly moderate (65%) and (35%). While after comes from high inspiration (80%) (20%). obtained P = 0.000, so conclusion that there an implications program carried out continuously teacher will impact outcomes.

The assessment process carried out in schools is traditional assessments that focus on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. review should be able to assess all factors, namely attitudes, skills, knowledge. This paper aims describe authentic early childhood learning. results of this study are a description the original as evaluating learning outcomes. research was conducted at RA Alhanafiyah, located sub-district Kotaanyar Probolinggo. technique uses qualitative methods by collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. Interviews were elements school, starting with principal, four educators, two guardians. showed three stages: first, checklist, anecdotal evaluation, evaluation work. implications obtained from accurate estimates applied institutions provide increased achievement different categories such achievements motor, language, religious moral values, art, social-emotional looking children's unique abilities.

Kecerdasan interpersonal memiliki peran penting bagi anak usia dini dalam rangka tumbuhkembangnya. Oleh karena itu, guru yang sangat vital untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji upaya PAUD membangun intrapersonal tumbuh kembang kemampuan bersosialisasi anak. menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ialah menganalisa mengasah dini. Adapun antara lain melibatkan memilih judul buku; memberi kesempatan kepada melanjutkan cerita sudah dilakukan oleh gurunya sebelumnya; serta orang tua. Dengan dan mengenali intrapersonalnya seorang dapat dirinya sendiri mengelola emosinya dengan baik.

This study aims to determine the form of a superior madrasah development strategy by creating teacher commitment in madrasah. The approach used this research is qualitative case type approach. informants were head madrasa, deputy teachers and employees Miftahul Islam Elementary School. While data collection methods are interviews, observation documentation. results show that: first, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah involves for developing madrasas building commitment; second, madrasa has plan making through; Leader Is Exemplary, Reward Punishment Continous improvement.

A person's self-confidence level is different; in essence, every human being created to have self-confidence, but different from one another. Some grow and develop birth, some are obtained several factors, such as parenting environmental stimulation. This study aims determine the management of methods growing children's self-confidence. The research method used a qualitative case type method. results show that; stimulating development students carried out following stages: program planning, classification programs, implementation parent gathering evaluation. turns be able stimulate optimally because continuously by involving collaboration teachers student guardians; this novelty previous through makes more confident, independent adapt environment.

The introduction of the surrounding natural environment in can attract attention or interest children with media around them. This study aims to analyze and find out how nature-based learning management an exploratory approach increase scientific knowledge students. research method this uses a qualitative case type. was conducted at Harapan Insan Kamil Kindergarten institution, located on coast Randutatah village, Probolinggo Regency. This study aims to analyze inclusive education management policies in madrasah by applying humanistic-based learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurus Salam. research uses a qualitative approach. In order get an overview of the policy, researchers conducted direct observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, from collection, reduction, display, conclusions. results showed that; First, Salam accommodate students with special needs learning. Both presentations were using analysis, design, implementation, program evaluation. has implications for importance providing shelter children so that they can develop their knowledge through existing school policies.
