This research examines the concretization of character santri through culture at North Padang Lawas Islamic Boarding School which was formed a continuous process pesantren education so that it is firmly rooted in identity santri. The approach used this case study boarding schools Regency. Sources data were taken primary sources, namely asatidz administrators, students, and secondary sources obtained from documents images related to research. Researchers as actors. As for collection techniques observation, interviews, documentation. results show that: (1) building students Regency yellow book, educational habits, advice, attention activities school. (2) Centric School, caring environment, hard work, cooperation, responsibility, togetherness, creativity, confidence, cohesiveness, caring, mutual solidarity, tolerance, vulnerability, honesty, curiosity, respecting opinions others, respect, not arrogant, accepting what is, discipline, wasting time, diligent, tenacious, humble, maintain behavior.

The research objectives are to determine: 1). Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Implementation and 4) Supervising school principals in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of is qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. validity employing triangulation. results showed that principal's strategy pandemic at Maarif Jogosari Pandaan Elementary School, Pasuruan Regency, went well seven policies, namely: 1) Implementing online Establishing Task Force Using an emergency curriculum Determination Attendance Schedule for Educators Education Personnel picket schedule 5) Eliminating extracurricular activities 6) limited face-to-face 7) Reducing education costs.

This research is a descriptive study that aims to investigate the impact of teacher work quality on student learning achievement at SD Negeri Durensawit. The participants involved in observation consisted two groups: teachers and students. had similar educational scales but diverse teaching observations. All participating an undergraduate background. used questionnaires tests as data collection instruments. Data from questionnaire was analyzed using quantitative approach by calculating exposure for each criterion contained survey. Meanwhile, interviews were descriptively interpreting findings. results this evaluated (1) performance has significant influence improving students' mathematics outcomes, (2) higher efforts made educators planning, conducting, concluding process, greater chance improve student’s (3) teachers' experience also plays important role outcomes.

This study aims to determine how the visionary leadership of madrasah principal in improving teacher professionalism at MAN 2 Padang Lawas. research seeks explain The method used this is qualitative research. This research was made to find out the process of implementing evaluation Islamic religious education and morals in junior high school 1 Ngariboyo Magetan through interview method. The theoretical basis used is based on theory learning evaluation, such as Bloom's taxonomy other theories. Things discussed around include preparation evaluations, assessment lists, daily grades, written oral exams. obstacle undergoing a limited teaching staff for at this school, so needs use more effective efficient way conducting evaluations consisting 21 class groups, with details each level there are 7 classes, also obstacles that obtained, namely uneven understanding students preparing it necessary evaluate according student’s abilities. Whereas standards average ability students, who have not been able meet standards, reassessment will be carried out.
