The Covid 19 Pandemic outbreak that hit Indonesia has paralyzed all sectors of life including education. Education managers are required to be creative and innovative adapt the changing environment. objectives this study to: (1) Know emergency curriculum management planning during Covid-19 pandemic at MAN 1 Cirebon, (2) implementation Cirebon (3) evaluation Cirebon. scope includes planning, implementation, evaluation. This research is qualitative research. Data collection was done through interviews, observation, documentation. subjects were head madrasah educators. data analysis technique uses Miles Huberman model which consists reduction, presentation, conclusions. Researchers used three scopes as a tool analyze implementation. results found that: First, Emergency Curriculum Planning been running well, involving existing elements, coordinating with deputy institution, making options in planning. However, it still necessary increase competence IT-related teachers form training so supports KBM on target, not monotonous learning. Second. Implementation presents learning process from material, media, strategies, Third. conducts an by collecting finding solutions problems.

Menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan diperlukan lembaga yang tidak melakukan dikotonimi ilmu pengetahuan. Lembaga menyadari akan manusia ciptaan Tuhan memiliki keistimewaannya masing-masing yaitu sekolah. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini mencoba mengetuhi tahapan mengelola sekolah perkembangan mulai perencaan peningkatan pendidikan, pengelolaan sumber daya guru, hingga pengawasan pelaksanaan ada di SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, mana dilakukan merupakan objek peneliti. Sedangkan sebagai informan untuk mengetahui apa diteliti oleh peneliti kordinator manajemen, para pengajar. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data ialah wawancara mendalam, observasi atau pengamatan terhadap kegiatan dokumentasi. Dan teknik keabsahan meliputi triangulasi triangulalsi data. Dalam menemukan beberapa temuan, : sejarah mengenai Mojokerto, sikronisasi keterpaduan antara kependidikan umum ekstrakulikuler saling menunjang terjadi utuh, terpadu perencanaan program unggulan saran prasaran praktik pelaksana melaksanakan setiap menyiapkan SDA, guru menjadi tolak ukur pencapain siswa yan beragam motivasi, kemudian dapat membuat kebijakan pengembangan kedepannya

This study aims to analyze the management of teacher professional development at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri throughout Langkat Regency. used a multi-site qualitative method where data collection techniques interviews, observation, and documentation. The problem of this research can be formulated as follows: (1) does the communication climate contribute to performance teachers at State Elementary School in Region 2 District Kuala District? and (3) achievement motivation jointly Schools Cluster Subdistrict This method is a correlational quantitative using descriptive inferential approaches. In study, population was all 2, District, amounting 80 people. sample study taken by referring Krejcie-Morgan table where fixed 66 people obtained. data collection questionnaire with Likert scale. results analysis show that: contributes 32.2% teacher performance; (2) 12.3% together 38.1% teacher's District. Based on these findings, it concluded that are two important factors cannot ignored addition other variables not examined study.

Every person constantly wishes and works toward attaining psychological well-being for themselves. It is necessary the individual to be able receive in order them acquire well-being. This research was carried out with intention of having an in-depth discussion on topic growing self-confidence student population SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui perencanaan penggunaan model VAK dengan Teknik WBT; melihat bagaimana keterlaksanaan pembelajaran; serta evaluasi kemandirian belajar melalui pembelajaran teknik WBT dapat meningkat. Metode yang digunanakan desain deskriptif kualitatif studi kasus. Data diteliti didapat wawancara, observasi, tes/angket, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil yaitu: Pertama, rencana dalam rancangan kegiatan belajar-mengajar berjalan tahap-tahap sistematis sesaui diharapkan WBT, tahapan berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Kedua, Pelaksanaan penerapan penyampaian materi ditunjukkan video kemudian diliat, dibaca dipahami oleh siswa power point, sehingga proses lancar. Ketiga, Evaluasi peningkatan dilakukan diskusi kelompok, pemberian tugas, praktik secara langsung, soal latihan. Hasil pada kelas VA bahwa memeroleh dari semula 60% menjadi 85% setelah menggunakan hal ini dibuktikan adanya sangat baik karena terlaksanaya belajar. Sedangkan selama VB terjadi penurunan 50% 45%, bukti IPA tidak meningkatkan siswa. perolehan juga dilihat rata-rata nilai pre test 70,26 persentase 68,78 tuntas post 93,25 77,4 45% selesai
