This article aims to examine the implementation of Curriculum Management at Ma'had Al-Bittsat Addiyah Yala, an educational institution in Southern Thailand with a majority Muslim population. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive approach. findings reveal that Yala commences curriculum planning, involving formulation annual, semester, and teaching plans. school department collaborate ensure smooth execution by integrating elements from both institutional government curricula. Furthermore, control exercised through classroom monitoring, supervision teacher accommodations, student dormitory management. Ongoing evaluations, including monthly assessments, evaluations following semester examinations, assessments learning outcomes (both written oral), are utilized enhance curriculum. To support Management, several facilitating factors have been identified. These include flexibility tailor religious education needs students, specialized training aligned their fields, availability adequate facilities infrastructure. Nevertheless, challenges persist, such as students' reduced interest subjects crowded schedules. Therefore, recommendations proposed attractiveness subjects, provide further for teachers based on specializations, improve efficiency class schedule. this hold significant implications understanding management context Thailand, serving foundation future improvements.

To increase the productivity and maximum efficiency of teachers at work, job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization. Increasing organizations to commitment organizational citizen behavior (OCB). The effect citizenship (OCB) on teacher subject this research. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with help IBM SPSS version 25, instruments were tested validity reliability. 71 respondents taken as sample through census method, data collected questionnaire. results showed that variable (X1) influenced (Y1), shown by testing t-test hypothesis, where Tcount>Ttable (5.413>1.995) significant level less than 0.05, namely (0.021< 0.05). Organizational (X2) influences (Y1).

This article aims to explain guidance and counseling techniques through muhasabah Qur'ani in strengthening children's empathy at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 03 Jember. This article aims to see whether there is a significant relationship or influence on students’ learning motivation towards Islamic religious education at MTs Arrukhshatul 'Ulum West Bandung with heterogeneous social, cultural, and cognitive factors of students using quantitative research. The research method used was survey correlation analysis the between independent variables, namely motivation, dependent variable, outcomes, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. population this class IX 'Ulum, sample 30 students. instruments in study questionnaires tests. This article discusses the reading and writing of Qur'an policy program at Ma'had al-Jami'ah (College Student Boarding School) IAIN Pontianak. paper used a type qualitative research with phenomenological approach. This article aims to develop video learning media specifically crafted assist educators in presenting materials more tangibly and understandably, particularly within early childhood education. Guided by the Research Development (R&D) process, study focuses on two primary objectives: (1) elucidating intricacies of developing STEAM-based for Early Childhood Education, incorporating Religious Moral Values, (2) evaluating appropriateness effectiveness such educational context. Adopting ADDIE development model, research encompasses five pivotal stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The validation process developed product entails collaboration with media, material, design experts, complemented feedback from colleagues. One-to-one tests, Small Group Tests, Field Test methods are employed assess media. Validation results these experts affirm that aligns seamlessly criteria successful application settings.
