In this paper, quantitative, descriptive, and correlational research is carried out on the impact that process of digitalization academic activities in higher education has had habits use information communication technologies (ICT) among professors influence area knowledge impact. For purpose, responses from 716 different Latin American universities to a survey designed by authors were statistically analyzed. Following UNESCO guide ICT education, distinguishes following teaching measure ICT: lessons, tutorials, sharing materials, evaluation. The results show increased all activities, but unevenly, being particularly intense those which was less frequent during pandemic—specifically, tutorials evaluation, whose frequency around 50%. As result uneven increase, ICTs become more homogeneous after pandemic. This article analyzes the self-concept about digital competence in university professors of Sciences, Health Sciences and Engineering impact that COVID-19 pandemic has had on Information Communication Technologies (ICT) use habits these areas. The research aimed to diagnose the reality of Latin America in technological educational context, from perspectives different international organizations. The extended confinement imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns resulted in imposition of online education for two years. Many students experienced their transitions to higher educative levels during this time, surely losing some academic learning as a consequence. This paper conducts a descriptive quantitative research on the impact of digital migration derived from COVID-19 pandemic frequency use ICT resources in teaching activity university professors Peru. Digital pandemic stress among university faculty has become a key issue in the contemporary era, marked by rapid transition to online teaching. This study conducts quantitative investigation into teaching experience as explanatory variable explaining levels of such stress. For this purpose, validated instrument been used, which answered sample 1240 professors. The results show that, although participating professors do not express high self-concepts their digital competence or professional aspects, they due pandemic. However, strong divergences have identified between more experienced and those younger Specifically, report lower than professors, there are no significant differences respective competencies. The novel coronavirus pandemic has disrupted everyday life infrastructure and greatly impacted educational systems worldwide in many ways.More specifically, Covid-19 confinement significantly students' learning abilities their academic performance as they adapt to remote learning.There are significant differences between online a traditional face-to-face format.Pandemic induced remote-learning negatively access education, most notably, low-income minority students.This research study aimed examine the challenges students faced strategies utilized overcome them during covid-19 transitioning learning.The investigation took place at City College of New York, an urban, minority-serving institute.The number participants was 156 our method data collection comprised survey made up Likert-type open-ended questions.Our findings suggest that result moving due household distractions, technology issues, lack socialization interaction with peers instructors, decreased motivation, increased feelings isolation, higher difficulty level assignments examinations.We should highlight found mental health anxiety levels around science courses.However, also reported positive aspects learning.
