Since the end of 2019, COVID-19 has continued to spread around world. The police have performed various epidemic prevention and routine duties. This study explores how officers' fear, resistance organizational change, intolerance uncertainty, secondary trauma affect emotional exhaustion insomnia in context COVID-19. A total 205 valid samples were collected this study, established hypotheses tested using confirmatory factor analysis structural equation modeling. results confirmed that during outbreak, officers positively affects insomnia; uncertainty exhaustion; change mediates relationship between fear influences trauma.

Workplace hazing remains a critical concern in the hospitality sector, known for its high-pressure environments and hierarchical dynamics. Drawing on transactional stress theory, this study explores intricate relationships between workplace hazing, emotional exhaustion, deviant behavior, with focus moderating roles of hope optimism. The research aims to examine how these psychological factors buffer negative impacts employee behavior. Using quantitative approach, data were collected from 494 valid responses comprising employees supervisors four- five-star hotels Aqaba, Amman, Petra, Jordan. Convenience sampling was employed, analyzed using SPSS 29 AMOS 26. findings reveal that significantly predicts exhaustion mediating relationship. Research on burnout has traditionally focused job demands, with less attention paid to protective factors. Social workers during the COVID-19 pandemic are at risk due to exposure varied populations in need, which may impact their resilience, burnout, secondary trauma, and compassion satisfaction. The study assessed resilience work, satisfaction among social Israel first wave of (May June 2020). COVID-19 lockdown can lead to mental health problem, and the problem is heterogeneous across individuals. In this study, we aimed explore association between self-reported status, emotional coping style, intelligence positive psychological state of college students during pandemic in China.The questionnaires Self-rated Health Measurement Scale (SRHMS), Emotional Intelligence (EIS), Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), Simplified Coping Style (SCSQ) were used for online survey.
