Although extant literature suggests that refugee entrepreneurs are strongly motivated by their precarious economic situation and the challenges they face in labour market, there is evidence personal attributes essential to entrepreneurial agency. The current study assesses role of positive psychological attributes, including mindfulness, capital, occupational future time perspective (OFTP), with process variables, self-efficacy, initiative, intention, implementation intention. A moderated mediation model indicating effects mindfulness on abilities intentions mediated capital OFTP tested. uses survey data from 404 refugees living rural urban settlements Uganda. Interpersonal helping behaviors, i.e., voluntarily assisting colleagues for their workplace related problems, have received immense amount of scholarly attention due to significant impacts on organizational effectiveness. As an important factor in predicting the future sustainable development of college students, career decision-making (CDM) has attracted widespread attention field vocational education. Based on Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT), this study proposed a moderated mediation model to investigate relationship between work values and CDM, mediating role self-efficacy (CDMSE), moderating effect goals. A total 1300 questionnaires were collected using snowball sampling method, 1203 valid collected. Entrepreneurial intentions play a crucial role in predicting entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurship is not solitary individual endeavor, but rather, it interconnected with the interplay between and society. China’s college graduates are experiencing extreme employment pressure, especially under the effects brought about by COVID-19. This study examines whether career-related psychological factors jointly affect students’ career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) to achieve sustainable development. Contemporary society challenges traditional linear career progressions with the emergence of ‘sustainable career’ concept.
