Information, communication, and digitalization technologies have driven the unlimited access to knowledge, thereby promoting creativity, economic cultural development, emergence of a global world at breakneck speed over recent decades. Across its multiple dynamics, this digital revolution has opened new educational opportunities that are closely connected emerging and, recently, artificial intelligence. These advances had an unexpected impact on people’s lives, altering values society our understanding role education modern school in scenario communication. Peru, in spite of recommendations from international institutions, proper attention has not been given, generating gaps study curricula. From this perspective, investigates level development MIL students studying last cycle intermediate education. order determine this, AMI-Peru-21 survey was designed validated, based UNESCO proposals. In the contemporary era, convergence between education and digital technology demands an ongoing revision of pedagogical strategies, focusing on placing student as protagonist learning process. This study aimed to analyse competencies students from Higher Technological Institute Spain (ISTE) in Ecuador, considering their attitude, knowledge, use information communication technologies (ICT), well how sociodemographic variables affect this context. Using a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional research design with correlational approach variables, ACUTIC questionnaire was applied sample 156 ISTE students. The data analysed R Commander 4.3.1, first performing descriptive analysis exploring trends such age gender. Furthermore, parametric non-parametric tests depends distribution. results confirmed that there are no gender differences or these (p-value > 0.05). La situación educativa actual exige que los docentes hagan uso de metodologías innovadoras permitan desarrollar en estudiantes, aprendizajes fundamentales para desenvolverse con idoneidad. Por este motivo, el objetivo del articulo es analizar rol deben asumir docentes, discentes y las familias hacer frente a desafíos la educación digital Latinoamérica. investigación sigue un enfoque cualitativo, paradigma naturalista, diseño fenomenológico hermenéutico. técnica recolectar datos fueron cinco entrevistas profundidad doctores ciencias Perú, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, España Sultanato Omán. <span lang="EN-US">It was inevitable that during the COVID-19 pandemic, various teaching and learning experiences were taken into virtual platforms. With direct total integration of technology in education students had to rely mostly on their own self-regulated order progress learning. This systematic review explored teachers’ perception students’ (SRL) a technology-based (TBL) setting. By using preferred reporting items for meta-analyses (PRISMA) 2020 as methodology, 39 articles selected from databases ERIC Google Scholars complete this study. Findings revealed teachers perceive following factors play significant part SLR TBL complement each other: i) Digital educational resources accessibility both students; ii) Teacher student’s readiness competencies regarding learning; iii) Parents’ involvement security motivational purposes. It is believed by implementing student-centered approach with facilitation stakeholders, can occur more effectively, purposeful meaningful.
