Superparamagnetic nanoparticle-arrested hydrogel matrices have immense significance in smart soft biomaterials. Herein, we report the synthesis of superparamagnetic nanoparticle-loaded magneto-responsive tough elastomeric hydrogels for dual-responsive drug delivery. In first phase work, carried out room-temperature amine-functionalized iron oxide nanoparticles (IONPs), and second demonstrated that IONPs could act as a toughening agent well viscosity modifier poly(acrylic acid-co-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) copolymer hydrogels. The was tested by Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), continuous-wave-electron paramagnetic resonance (CW-EPR). Moreover, affect its gelation time elasticity significantly, which also evaluated from rheological behavior. compressive mechanical strength (∼120 kPa), elasticity, recovery to original shape (zero permanent set), water uptake, thixotropic behavior under dynamic stress hybrid supported robustness swelled state. release showed dual parameter dependency (IONPs cross-linker) responsiveness against both pH static magnetic field. delayed network rupturing, delivery nature, noncytotoxic human live cells promote this an ideal alternative remotely controlled vehicle.

Abstract Cephalopods use stretchy skin and dynamic color‐tuning organs for visual communication camouflage. Inspired by these natural mechanisms, a fluorescent biomaterial deformation‐induced illumination optical is proposed. This the first report of 3D printed soft biomaterials infused with carbon dots hydrothermally derived from chitosan benzalkonium chloride. These exhibit comprehensive array properties, including significant uniaxial stretching, near‐instantaneous response to tactile stimuli pH, UV resistance, antibacterial, antioxidant, noncytotoxicity, highlighting their potential as mechano‐optical materials biomedical applications. The hydrogel's durability evaluated cyclic folding, rolling, twisting tests ensure its integrity good signal‐to‐noise ratio. diffusion mechanism determined water imbibition kinetics, network parameters, time‐dependent breathing. Overcoming common limitations short lifespans complex manufacturing processes in existing hybrids, this work demonstrates straightforward method produce durable, energy‐independent, hydrogel. Combined investigations, molecular modeling used understand interactions hydrogel components.
