Developing advanced nanocomposite phase change materials (PCMs) integrating zero-energy thermal management, microwave absorption, photothermal therapy and electrical signal detection can promote the leapfrog development of flexible wearable electronic devices. For this goal, we propose a multidimensional collaborative strategy combining two-dimensional (2D) MXene nanosheets with metal-organic framework-derived one-dimensional (1D) carbon nanotubes (CNTs) zero-dimensional (0D) metal nanoparticles. After encapsulating paraffin wax (PW) in three-dimensional (3D) networked MXene/CoNi-C, resulting composite PCMs exhibit excellent energy storage capacity long-term thermally reliable stability. Benefiting from synergistically enhanced effects CNTs, Co/Ni nanoparticles MXene, PW@MXene/CoNi-C capture photons efficiently transfer phonons quickly, yielding an ultrahigh conversion efficiency 97.5%. To meet the requirements of biomedical applications in antibacterial realm, it is great importance to explore nano-antibiotics for wound disinfection that can prevent development drug resistance and possess outstanding biocompatibility. Therefore, we attempted synthesize an atomically dispersed ion (Fe) on phenolic carbon quantum dots (CQDs) combined with organic photothermal agent (PTA) (Fe@SAC CQDs/PTA) via a hydrothermal/ultrasound method. Fe@SAC CQDs adequately exerted peroxidase-like activity while PTA presented excellent conversion capability, which provided enormous potential applications. Based our work, CQDs/PTA exhibited eradication Escherichia coli (>99% inactivation efficiency) Staphylococcus aureus based synergistic chemodynamic therapy (CDT) (PTT). Moreover, vitro experiments demonstrated could inhibit microbial growth promote bacterial biofilm destruction. In vivo suggested CQDs/PTA-mediated CDT PTT promotion recovery effects. This work indicated serve as broad-spectrum antimicrobial nano-antibiotic, was simultaneously beneficial eradication, disinfection, healing.

Bacteria-infected wound healing has attracted widespread attention in biomedical engineering. Wound dressing is a potential strategy for repairing infectious wounds. However, the development of with appropriate physiochemical, antibacterial, and hemostatic properties, remains challenging. Hence, there motivation to develop new synthetic dressings improve bacteria-infected healing. Here, we fabricate biocompatible sponge through covalent crosslinking collagen (Col), quaternized chitosan (QCS), graphene oxide (GO). The resulting Col-QCS-GO shows an elastic modulus 1.93-fold higher than Col due enhanced degree by GO incorporation. Moreover, fabricated favorable porosity (84.30 ± 3.12 %), water absorption/retention (2658.0 113.4 %/1114.0 65.7 hemostasis capacities (blood loss <50.0 mg). Abstract Diabetic wounds pose a persistent challenge due to their slow healing nature, primarily caused by bacterial infection and excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐induced inflammation. In this study, carbon dots with synergistic antibacterial antioxidant properties, referred as AA‐CDs, are developed specifically for diabetic wound using straightforward solvothermal method. By utilizing cost‐effective precursors like citric acid ascorbic acid, AA‐CDs engineered possess tailored functions of photothermal sterilization ROS scavenging. The resulting demonstrats broad‐spectrum activity, particularly against multidrug‐resistant strains, along efficient scavenging both in solution within cells. Additionally, exhibits protective effect oxidative stress‐induced damage. Notably, high conversion efficiency (41.18%), displays heat‐enhanced performance, providing not only augmented but also additional protection stress, yielding true “1 + 1 > 2” effect. To facilitate use vivo, incorporated into thermally responsive hydrogel, which evident anti‐inflammatory properties modulating inflammatory factors significantly promots the wounds. This study underscores value integrated platforms highlights potential versatile CDs promising therapeutic agents biomedical applications.

Abstract Electron spinning polarization has garnered increased attention for its potential to enhance device properties. However, application in life health, specifically anti‐infection and tissue repair, remains under‐explored. In this study, a ferromagnetic heterojunction CF (Fe 3 O 4 /TiO 2 ) is constructed with spin‐polarized electrons, demonstrating efficient antibiosis performance ultrasound (US) assistance. The antibacterial mechanism elucidated as follows: metallic states of Fe induce an asymmetric distribution the electron spin state TiO , increasing density electrons near Fermi level CF. Under US treatment, built‐in electric field synergistically suppress recombination sono‐activated carriers, promoting reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Simultaneously, bacterial membrane influenced by micromagnetic induced causing severe disturbance respiratory chain. combined damage from ROS disturbed chain results death. Fortunately, built activates specific mechanosensitive ion channels, including TREK1, Piezo1, related pathways, enhancing osteoblast differentiation. Sonotherapy using exhibits excellent therapeutic effect treating osteomyelitis. This study provides novel insights into manipulating applications health.
