Developing advanced nanocomposite phase change materials (PCMs) integrating zero-energy thermal management, microwave absorption, photothermal therapy and electrical signal detection can promote the leapfrog development of flexible wearable electronic devices. For this goal, we propose a multidimensional collaborative strategy combining two-dimensional (2D) MXene nanosheets with metal-organic framework-derived one-dimensional (1D) carbon nanotubes (CNTs) zero-dimensional (0D) metal nanoparticles. After encapsulating paraffin wax (PW) in three-dimensional (3D) networked MXene/CoNi-C, resulting composite PCMs exhibit excellent energy storage capacity long-term thermally reliable stability. Benefiting from synergistically enhanced effects CNTs, Co/Ni nanoparticles MXene, PW@MXene/CoNi-C capture photons efficiently transfer phonons quickly, yielding an ultrahigh conversion efficiency 97.5%. To meet the requirements of biomedical applications in antibacterial realm, it is great importance to explore nano-antibiotics for wound disinfection that can prevent development drug resistance and possess outstanding biocompatibility. Therefore, we attempted synthesize an atomically dispersed ion (Fe) on phenolic carbon quantum dots (CQDs) combined with organic photothermal agent (PTA) (Fe@SAC CQDs/PTA) via a hydrothermal/ultrasound method. Fe@SAC CQDs adequately exerted peroxidase-like activity while PTA presented excellent conversion capability, which provided enormous potential applications. Based our work, CQDs/PTA exhibited eradication Escherichia coli (>99% inactivation efficiency) Staphylococcus aureus based synergistic chemodynamic therapy (CDT) (PTT). Moreover, vitro experiments demonstrated could inhibit microbial growth promote bacterial biofilm destruction. In vivo suggested CQDs/PTA-mediated CDT PTT promotion recovery effects. This work indicated serve as broad-spectrum antimicrobial nano-antibiotic, was simultaneously beneficial eradication, disinfection, healing.

Abstract Diabetic wounds pose a persistent challenge due to their slow healing nature, primarily caused by bacterial infection and excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐induced inflammation. In this study, carbon dots with synergistic antibacterial antioxidant properties, referred as AA‐CDs, are developed specifically for diabetic wound using straightforward solvothermal method. By utilizing cost‐effective precursors like citric acid ascorbic acid, AA‐CDs engineered possess tailored functions of photothermal sterilization ROS scavenging. The resulting demonstrats broad‐spectrum activity, particularly against multidrug‐resistant strains, along efficient scavenging both in solution within cells. Additionally, exhibits protective effect oxidative stress‐induced damage. Notably, high conversion efficiency (41.18%), displays heat‐enhanced performance, providing not only augmented but also additional protection stress, yielding true “1 + 1 > 2” effect.
