Abstract Pancreatic cancer, one of the most lethal malignancies, compromises performance traditional therapeutic regimens in clinic because stromal resistance to systemic drug delivery and poor prognosis caused by tumor metastasis. Therefore, a biocompatible paradigm that can effectively inhibit pancreatic growth while simultaneously eliminating metastasis is urgently needed. Herein, supramolecular nanofibrils are fabricated through coassembly clinically approved immunomodulatory thymopentin near‐infrared indocyanine green for localized photothermal immunotherapy tumors. The resulting long‐range ordered fibrous nanodrugs show improved photophysical capabilities fluorescence imaging conversion significantly promote proliferation differentiation antitumor immune cells. Hence, integration rapid therapy moderate immunomodulation inhibiting promising. utilization molecules construct administered via injection amplifies complementary immunotherapeutic effects components, creating opportunities clinical translation as treatment cancer.
