Chiral CE methods were developed for the elucidation of l- or d-configuration tyrosine residue in antimicrobial dipeptide β-alanyl-tyrosine (β-Ala-Tyr) isolated from hemolymph larvae fleshfly Neobellieria bullata and evaluation enantiopurity its synthetic isomers (β-Ala-d-Tyr β-Ala-l-Tyr), enantiomers their amidated acetylated derivatives, β-Ala-d,l-Tyr-NH2 N-Ac-β-Ala-d,l-Tyr, respectively. Baseline separations achieved all three pairs enantiomers: (i) β-Ala-d,l-Tyr acidic background electrolyte composed 32/50 mM tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane/H3 PO4 , pH 2.5, 20 mg/mL 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector; (ii) consisting 48/50 3.5, 30 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin; (iii) N-Ac-β-Ala-d,l-Tyr alkaline 50/49 Na2 B4 O7 /NaOH, 10.5, 60 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin. From analyses mixed samples β-Ala-Tyr standards β-Ala-l-Tyr β-Ala-d-Tyr, it turned out that was pure l-enantiomer. In addition, average apparent binding constants, Kb actual ionic mobilities complexes above derivatives with determined. These weak, values ranging 11.2 to 79.1 L/mol. Their cationic equal (5.6-9.2) × 10-9 m2 /V/s, anionic (-1.3-1.6) /V/s.
