Abstract
Surgical
removal
of
impacted
mandibular
third
molars
is
often
followed
by
postoperative
sequelae
like
pain,
swelling,

review
explored
the
benefits
applying
different
autologous
platelet
concentrates
(APCs)
in
extraction
socket
molars.
For
this
review,
PubMed,
EMBASE,

Science,

Scopus
have
been
utilized,

544
papers.

narrowed
to
randomized
controlled
trials
(RCTs,

59)

before
2024,
