Many studies have identified that adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are associated with non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) and suicidality. However, most been restricted to a few types of ACEs. This study aims investigate the association 13 common ACEs NSSI, suicidal ideation (SI), suicide attempts (SA), as well mediation depressive anxiety symptoms therein. A total 1771 (994 male, 777 female) students aged 11–16 (12.9 ± 0.6) years who participated in baseline survey Chinese Adolescent Health Growth Cohort were included analysis. U oba uzorka najzastupljeniji su bili učenici koji pohađaju gimnazije, prosječne dobi 15 godina, s podjednako djevojaka i mladića.Ukupno gledajući, rezultati ukazuju na dvostruko veću pojavnost samoozljeđivanja kod zagrebačkih srednjoškolaca u usporedbi 2016.(17,0 %) 2021.godine (29,1 %).Kod suicidalnih misli nisu nađene značajne razlike, iako je udio sudionika iskazali da barem jednom razmišljali o suicidu bio visok (2016.27,7 %, a 2021.24,8 %).Međutim, djevojke iskazuju otprilike više (2021.38,2 (34,2 od mladića (2021.19,9 % 15,8 misli).Mladi procjenjuju njihove obitelji imaju manje novaca drugih najviše misli.Rezultati hijerarhijskih regresijskih analiza odabrani skupovi prediktora objašnjavaju izrazito visoke postotke varijance (43,6 (41,9 %).Značajni čimbenici za obje vrste autoagresivnih pokazatelja izražavanja topline roditelja odbijanja te nekonstruktivni načini suočavanja sa stresom, kao lošije samopoimanje određenom aspektu./ The objectives of the study were to compare occurrence self-injury and suicidal ideations on sample highschool students in City Zagreb 2016 2021, examine predictors among high-school students.The participants 1st grade from high schools Zagreb, with 269 participating 2016, 353 2021.The most represented group both samples attending gymnasium, aged average, roughly equal share boys girls.The results point twofold increase when comparing (17.0%) 2021 (29.1%).No significant differences found ideations, although proportion who reported thinking about committing suicide at least one occasion was (27.7% 24.8% 2021).Adolescent girls two times more (38.2% 2021) (34.2%) than adolescent (19.9% 15.8% 2021).Most self-injuries thoughts by young people estimated that their families had less money others.The hierarchical regression analyses showed selected sets accounted for markedly variance percentages (43.6%) (41.9%).Significant factors types self-aggressive behaviours include lower expression parental warmth rejection, as well non-constructive ways coping stress negative selfconcept certain aspect.
