Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is provided through in-service programs organized based on competency development and lifelong learning for healthcare professionals to stay fit with the required knowledge skills. However, professionals' financial constraints tight schedules sending them away from workplace CPD training a challenge. eLearning becoming best solution overcome those barriers create accessible, efficient, flexible, convenient professional development. evidence limited health intention use eLearning-based its predictors. Hence this study aimed assess predictors in Amhara region referral hospitals, Ethiopia. A cross-sectional was conducted March 28 April 28, 2023. total of 976 participated study. Proportional allocation simple random sampling were used select participants UTAUT2 model applied develop theoretical framework. structured self-administered questionnaire 5% pretest performed. Data entered into Epi data 4.6 exported SPSS 26 descriptive analysis. AMOS 23 SEM also describe degree significance relationships between variables. About 51.8% (506/976) (95% CI: 48.7–55.0) have CPD. The current study attempted to compare the attitudes of IELTS students studying at an institute and nursing a university on attributes features successful learners in online classes. For this purpose, three experienced professors were interviewed six themes extracted: digital literacy, learner autonomy, initiative, motivation, learners’ attitude, accountability. The COVID-19 pandemic affected nursing students dramatically when the clinical sites and onsite classrooms closed to physical participation. study is on students’ perception, attitude perceived benefits of online learning during Pandemic. Methods: This a descriptive cross-sectional survey students. A multistage sampling technique was used for study. Data were collected using Google Forms from 429 Descriptive data respondents presented in tables, charts, percentages, means, standard deviation, while inferential tested with Chi-square at significance level P< 0.05. Results: Mean age 23.15± 3.10 years, 396(92.3%) had positive perception good towards learning. There relationship between attitudes toward as all variables showed statistically significant p<0.001. Objective: To determine nursing students’ views on attitudes towards distance education during coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. Methods: The analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted in May and June 2022 at a state university the Mediterranean region of Türkiye, comprised students. Data were collected using Attitude Towards e-Learning Scale, e-Readiness for Expectations e-Satisfaction University Alienation Scale. analysed SPSS 26. Electronic learning (e-learning) has become an integral part of education in line with the rapid advancement technology. The recent outbreak COVID-19 had caused educational institution to shift from traditional e-learning ensure continuation activities. This approach may affect students’ performance if they were not prepared embrace changes especially for newly enrolled students. Therefore, this study was conducted evaluate readiness and attitude enrolled, undergraduate medical imaging (MI) students toward during pandemic. A total 81 newly-enrolled, MI participated study. Information on socio-demographic factors, acquired using online self-administered questionnaire. Data collected analyzed Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 25.0. Majority have average (61%, n = 49) less positive towards e-learning. Age, gender internet connectivity found be correlated student’s readiness. Furthermore, there is significantly positive, very strong correlation between (p < 0.05, v 0.359). result study, summary, that attitude.

Nursing is a field which requiring clinical knowledge & skills to care for the patients his family as we deal and handle with real life situations. Innovations depends on teacher that how they utilizes instructional strategies while delivering lectures or teaching in clinical. A Non experimental cross sectional descriptive research design was adopted 73 nursing faculties from entire India.
