Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) has emerged as promising treatment strategy for patients unresectable HCC. La cirrosis hepática factor riesgo predominante, con etiologías comunes que incluyen la esteatohepatitis asociada disfunción metabólica (MASH), hepatitis virales consumo alcohol. Hasta fecha, no disponemos estudios epidemiológicos locales caractericen forma detallada esta población. objetivo este estudio describir características demográficas, clínicas desenlaces interés pacientes adultos diagnóstico CHC hígado cirrótico. Metodología. Estudio observacional, descriptivo longitudinal, basado historias clínicas. Se incluyeron mayores 18 años atendidos Fundación Valle del Lili entre enero 2014 diciembre 2019 CHC. realizaron descripciones detalladas variables sociodemográficas, clínicas, paraclínicas tumorales.
