This study examines the evolving dynamics of healthcare livestreaming on digital platforms, specifically focusing its impact audience engagement and credibility medical professionals. By integrating Source Credibility Model (SCM) with observational learning influence theories, this research provides a nuanced understanding how real-time interactivity cultural norms in Vietnam shape consumer trust behavior livestreams.
