Exploring the Widening Trend in Racial and Ethnic Differences in Youth Mental Health Service Use DOI

The authors examined trends in racial and ethnic disparities youth mental health treatment for internalizing externalizing conditions the United States from 2002 to 2019. Many community behavioral health organizations (CBHOs) continue to struggle with their employees’ reduced job wellbeing and disengagement (i.e., turnover intentions, actual turnover).
