The pandemic has had a significant impact on many aspects of students' lives, including their lifestyles. This article presents findings from quantitative survey conducted among 381 university students which aimed to evaluate the effects COVID-19 lockdowns lifestyle choices and examine relationships between age, gender related characteristics. results indicated notable changes in daily routines during with heightened engagement digital activities such as social networking, movie series watching, gaming. Their appetites alcohol consumption increased. Some experienced physical psychological exhaustion, loneliness, depression sleep problems. research showed age regular sports, media usage, gaming, weight loss, feelings loneliness depression. Despite concerns about being socially isolated, support families helped them cope challenges brought by pandemic. A crucial finding is that most reported satisfied shift distance learning, confirming it could be viable alternative for education. Enhanced understanding these vital higher education institutions able improve learning satisfaction, well-being academic performance.

With the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) in late 2019, governments increasingly imposed containment strategies, including social distancing as well restricted population movement, potentially having negative impacts on mental and physical health. A growing number studies have examined impact pandemic different facets activity (PA); an overview combining these (mixed) results, however, is missing. Research investigating the effects of COVID-19 on eating disorders is growing rapidly. A comprehensive evaluation this literature needed to identify key findings and evidence gaps better inform policy decisions related management during after crisis. Abstract Objectives This systematic review assessed the influence of COVID‐19 pandemic and associated restrictions on body image, disordered eating (DE), disorder outcomes. Methods After registration PROSPERO, a search was conducted for papers published between December 1, 2019 August 2021, using databases PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, CINAHL Plus, AMED, MEDLINE, ERIC, EMBASE, Wiley, ProQuest (dissertations theses). Results Data from 75 qualitative, quantitative, mixed‐methods studies were synthesized convergent integrated approach presented narratively within four themes: (1) disruptions due to pandemic; (2) variability in improvement or exacerbation symptoms; (3) factors with image DE outcomes; (4) unique challenges marginalized underrepresented groups. The current research acts as a follow-up study development EXSEM-SC, using Repeated Measures Panel Analysis Framework (RMPAF) examine stability model in revealing relationship between physical activity, self-compassion, mental well-being among Hong Kong adolescents. Introduction The study aimed to extend research on the possible mechanisms that explain associations between physical activity (PA), mindfulness during PA and positive body image. In present study, we tested mediating role of state in association trait appreciation. We also explored moderating roles sex mass index (BMI) these associations. Methods total, 759 students participated but after applying inclusion criteria 539 questionnaires were approved for analysis, with a mean age 23.3 ± 7.2 years (49.7% women). Study participants completed online survey, which included sociodemographic details, data, State Mindfulness Scale Physical Activity 2 (SMS-PA-2) Body Appreciation (BAS-2). Results Monitoring accepting exercise mediated BMI moderated appreciation: heavier individuals > 24.99 kg/m , appreciation higher ( B = 0.53, p < 0.001) compared those whose weight was normal range 0.21, 0.001). Conclusion Strengthening promoting mindful acceptance might enhance image, especially BMI.

Este estudo visou analisar o impacto que as mudanças sociais decorrentes da adoção de medidas sanitárias contenção COVID-19 no Brasil tiveram sobre comportamento e a percepção população brasileira se refere à busca por serviços, produtos, técnicas modificação cirúrgica aprimoramentos estéticos forma geral. Trata-se uma pesquisa natureza quali-quantitativa descritiva. A foi realizada na um questionário via internet. Participaram 163 voluntários, dos quais 80,4% (n=131) eram do sexo feminino, 36,1% (n=30) afirmaram falta serviços beleza afetou negativamente sua autoestima grande maioria público, 62% (n=101) relatou não exercitar em casa período isolamento. Fatores socioeconômicos, históricos culturais foram cruciais determinação perfil demográfico entrevistados. Paralelamente, mudança drástica estilo vida causada pelo isolamento social, associação com maior tempo exposição às redes sociais, é apontada como possíveis causas padrões respostas apresentados. O advento pandemia resultou impactos negativos autoestima, autocuidado, higiene participantes. De maneira similar, mostrou necessidade elaboração saúde pública para minimizar mental decorrência período, assim nível prevenção caso futuras situações similares.
