Small noncoding RNAs, known as microRNAs (miRNAs), are vital for the regulation of diverse biological processes. miR-223, an evolutionarily conserved anti-inflammatory miRNA expressed in cells myeloid lineage, has been implicated monocyte–macrophage differentiation, proinflammatory responses, and recruitment neutrophils. The functions this gene regulated by its expression levels or tissues. In review, we first outline regulatory role miR-223 granulocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells, epithelial dendritic (DCs). Herein, we aimed to assess diagnostic potentiality of a signature six miRNAs (i.e., hsa‐miR‐25‐3p, ‐29a‐5p, ‐105‐3p, ‐181b1‐5p, ‐335‐5p, ‐339‐5p) adjacent non‐tumor tissues. Methods A pair 50 tumor samples were taken from patients. The expression each candidate miRNA was measured using quantitative reverse transcription PCR. To investigate possible roles their impressions on prognosis, silico tools used.
