MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNA molecules which function as critical post-transcriptional gene regulators of various biological functions. Generally, miRNAs negatively regulate expression by binding to their selective messenger RNAs (mRNAs), thereby leading either mRNA degradation or translational repression, depending on the degree complementarity with target sequences. Aberrant these has been linked etiologically human diseases including breast cancer. Different cellular pathways cancer development such cell proliferation, apoptotic response, metastasis, recurrence and chemoresistance regulated oncogenic miRNA (oncomiR) tumor suppressor (tsmiR). In this review, we highlight current state research into involved in cancer, particular attention articles published between years 2000 2019, using detailed searches databases PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus. The regulatory roles dysregulated potential therapeutic targets also discussed.

Exosomes play a role as mediators of cell-to-cell communication, thus exhibiting pleiotropic activities to homeostasis regulation. Exosomal non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), mainly microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), and circular (circRNAs), are closely related variety biological functional aspects human health. When the exosomal ncRNAs undergo tissue-specific changes due diverse internal or external disorders, they can cause tissue dysfunction, aging, diseases. In this review, we comprehensively discuss underlying regulatory mechanisms exosomes in addition, explore current knowledge on roles miRNAs, lncRNAs, circRNAs health diseases, including cancers, metabolic neurodegenerative cardiovascular autoimmune infectious determine their potential implication biomarker identification therapeutic exploration.

Background MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs which have been implicated as potential biomarkers or therapeutic targets in autoimmune diseases. This study examines circulatory miRNAs RA patients and further investigates if a serum miRNA signature precedes clinical manifestations of disease arthralgia “at-risk individuals”. Methods Serum was collected from HC subjects (N = 20), 50), 10), addition to subgroup the post-methotrexate (MTX) 18). The FirePlex Immunology-V2 panel selected for multiplex analysis 68 each sample. DNA intelligent (DIANA)-mirPath Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) software were used predict pathways targeted by dysregulated miRNAs. Results 8 (miR-126-3p, let-7d-5p, miR-431-3p, miR-221-3p, miR-24-3p, miR-130a-3p, miR-339-5p, let-7i-5p) significantly elevated compared (all p < 0.01) 1 (miR-17-5p) lower (p 0.01). High specificity sensitivity determined receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Both miR-339-5p let-7i-5p reduced post-MTX (both MiR-126-3p, miR-130a-3p also “at risk” developing 0.05) HC.
