Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common and fatal malignancy characterized by poor patient prognosis treatment outcome. The process of liquid–liquid phase separation in tumour cells alters the dysfunction biomolecular condensation cells, which affects progression treatment. We downloaded data HCC samples from TCGA database GEO database, used machine learning method to build new index (LLPSI) related genes.
