Since their inception, rhodamine dyes have been extensively applied in biotechnology as fluorescent markers or for the detection of biomolecules owing to good optical physical properties. Accordingly, they emerged a powerful tool visualization living systems. In addition fluorescence bioimaging, molecular design derivatives with disease therapeutic functions (e.g., cancer and bacterial infection) has recently attracted increased research attention, which is significantly important construction libraries diagnostic integration. However, reviews focusing on integrated strategies dye-based diagnosis treatment wide application are extremely rare. this review, first, brief history development dyes, transformation from bioimaging therapy, concept optics-based integration its significance human presented. Next, systematic review several excellent rhodamine-based well treatment, Finally, challenges practical future outlook clinical translation also discussed.

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) play fundamental roles in various biological and chemical processes nature industries, including cell signaling, disease development aging, immune defenses, environmental remediation, pharmaceutical syntheses, metal corrosion, energy production, etc. As such, their detection is of paramount importance, but accurate identification quantification are technically challenging due to transient with short lifetimes low steady-state concentrations. a highly sensitive selective analytical technique, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) promising for detecting ROS real-time, enabling situ monitoring ROS-involved electrochemical biochemical events exceptional resolution. This review provides comprehensive analysis the state-of-the-art SERS-based ROS. Herein, principles sensing mechanisms SERS have been critically evaluated, highlighting emerging applications direct indirect systems. The developments reaction schemes probes superoxide (•O2–), hydroxyl radicals (•OH), nitric oxide (•NO), peroxynitrite (ONOO–), hypochlorite (OCl–) presented. Finally, technical challenges future research directions discussed guide design analysis.

Abstract CO 2 conversion is an anticipated route to resolve the energy crisis and environmental pollution, in which electrocatalysis one of technologies closest industrialization. Alloy catalysts are promising candidates for electrocatalysis, high tenability electronic structures surface physical chemical properties allows alloy catalytic activity selectivity electrocatalytic reduction. Herein, recent advances reduction have been systematically summarized, with insight into structure active center, performance, mechanism, uncover key their performance. The mainly classified as binary multi‐metallic alloys (medium entropy alloy) based on components mixed configuration entropy, relationship among mechanism has fully discussed inspire rational design catalysts. Finally, current challenges future perspectives presented propose dilemma development direction This review provides overview about progress present a guideline research work relevant
