INTRODUCTION: Digital transformation is considered as challenging yet imperative in Vietnam recently. In agriculture sector, one of the directions to comprehensively pro-mote digital encourage and support farmers promote their agribusiness on e-commerce platforms.OBJECTIVES: This study aims exploratorily develop a framework for farmers’ capabilities agribusines empirically examine how dimensions such developed impact adoption platforms promoting products.METHODS: A mixed method design employed. Abstract With the development of Internet technology and modern supply chains, cross‐border e‐commerce (CBEC) has become one most important forms international trade. The impact this new mode trade on economic growth income disparity is worthy further examination. This study treats CBEC pilot zone policy as a quasi‐natural experiment, using difference‐in‐differences approach to examine its urban–rural gap. findings showed that: (1) significantly widened gap; (2) innovation, entrepreneurship, export are paths toward expanding gap, but digital environment suppresses these paths; (3) gap shows distinct regional heterogeneity. provides several recommendations how promote balanced incomes.

E-commerce, as a prominent feature of the digital economy era, is highly expected to promote economic growth and sustainable development. Based on 2020 “China Rural Revitalization Survey” data, this study empirically analyzed impact mechanism literacy discrepancy between willingness behavior farmers in e-commerce sales. This paper investigates the impact of e-commerce participation on household development resilience using a sample 1229 households in Shandong and Shaanxi provinces China 2022. It constructs developmental index farm from three dimensions economy, society culture entropy method, establishes counterfactual framework Propensity Score Matching (PSM) method. The results suggest that has significant positive farming resilience. PSM method estimates increases by 9.63% compared to non-participation, with economic, social, cultural increasing 9.29%, 9.84%, 9.92%, respectively. robustness test confirm findings. Further analysis reveals enhances through mechanisms: improving economic efficiency, network relationship linkage, risk appetite. Heterogeneity shows varies among farmers different endowment constraints. In particular, more years education cooperative members benefit participation, especially live platform e-commerce.

This research explores the driving pathways for building a high-level rural e-commerce entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing valuable insights responding to global policies promoting entrepreneurship and innovation accelerating industrial development. However, existing studies on "rural ecosystem" lack in-depth exploration. Based CAS (Complex Adaptive System) theory TOE (Technological, Organizational, Environmental) framework, we conducted comprehensive case study across 31 Chinese provinces, focusing seven key indicators within three dimensions: technology, organization, environment. Employing Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) method, examined factors influencing establishment of successful ecosystems in China. The main findings this are as follows: (1) construction ecosystem is not driven by single element but result combined effects multiple facets factors. (2) number leading agricultural enterprises cooperatives critical ecosystems. (3) Typical advancing can be categorized into types: technology-organization-government-driven, organization-environment-driven, holistic synergy-driven. instrumental guiding government formulate systematic that support development cooperatives. Additionally, these should tailored specific characteristics different regions create differentiated paths. Implementing measures effectively promote entrepreneurship.
