Abstract Periodontitis, one of the most prevalent dental diseases, causes loss bone and gum tissue that hold teeth in place. Several bacteria, commonly present clinically healthy oral cavities, may induce perpetuate periodontitis when their concentration rises gingival sulcus. Antibacterial effect against various Gram-negative Gram-positive including pathogenic drug-resistant ones, has been shown for several distinct transient metal oxide NPs. Therefore, NPs be used biomedicine to treat periodontal problems nanotechnology inhibit development microorganisms. Instead using harmful chemicals or energy-intensive machinery, biosynthesis nanoparticles (NPs) suggested. To produce NPs, ideal technique is “Green” synthesis because its low toxicity safety human health environment. AgNPs also possess chemical stability, catalytic activity, superior electrical thermal conductivity, name a few advantageous characteristics. It was observed zinc (ZnO) copper (Cu) exhibited discernible inhibitory effects gram-positive gram-negative bacterial strains, respectively. ZnO demonstrated bactericidal microorganisms responsible periodontitis. Medications containing magnetic are highly effective multidrug-resistant fungal infections. Medicinal plants are rich sources of valuable molecules with various profitable biological effects, including antimicrobial activity. The advantages herbal products their effectiveness, relative safety based on research or extended traditional use, and accessibility without prescription. Extensive irrational usage antibiotics since discovery in 1928 has led to the increasing expiration effectiveness due antibacterial resistance. Now, medical is facing a big challenging mission find effective safe therapies replace inactive drugs. Over years, one fields that remained most available area natural products: medicinal metabolites, which could serve as active substances fight against microbes be considered models drug design. Despite the development of implant-supported prostheses, there are still patients for whom conservative treatments such as resin-bonded fixed dental prostheses (RBFDPs) more appropriate. This study’s objective was to analyze available research on full-ceramic RBFDPs. In this study, Web Science, MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar databases were searched articles published in English between 2010 2020. A total 14 studies reviewed based eligibility criteria. The results showed that using a cantilever design with one abutment had an advantage over two abutments. Additionally, it proposed preparations designed retentive aids, proximal box, groove, pinhole, could improve RBFDP survival rates. IPS e.max ZirCAD, In-Ceram alumina, zirconia CAD/CAM most commonly used framework materials. Most air abrasion, salinization, or hydrofluoric acid surface treatment. Adhesive resin cements frequently type cement. rate ceramics (85.3%–94.8%) lower than ZirCAD. Debonding, followed by fracture, leading cause failure. Following 3–10 years follow-up, percentage all-ceramic RBFDPs ranged from 76% 100%. Although have demonstrated satisfactory success treatment, long-term follow-ups higher sample sizes clinical required gain reliable outcomes various designs.
